The City of San Antonio commissioned Kathleen
to design and cut a 7' by 10' banner with a "16 of Septiembre" logo and
caption. The banner, cut from red, white and green plastic, had the effect
of the official flag of Mexico when it was unfurled with fanfare behind
City officials to commemore Mexico's independence from Spain."
